I tried several USB drives/stick to export my shows but i got an error message: Failed to Mount USB

This is probably due to a faulty partition or partition info on the USB stick.
Best would be to repartition and reformat it using a tool like https://rufus.ie
The drive needs to be formatted in Fat32 format.

I actually had/have the same problem after updating to version 2.0.0. With version 1.0.4 my FAT32-formated usb-sticks worked just fine. With 2.0.0 the only produced the above mentioned error message. I tried several usb-sticks AND reformated them several times to FAT§2 and ExFat.
Only after formating an usb-stick in FAT-format (no FAT32!) it was readable (and writable) again.
All usb-sticks have been formated with Windows 10. Not sure if it does anything different then rufus.
I also have a USB problem since installing v2.0.0. I used the same USB drive to install the update from v1.4 to 2.0. Now that same USB drive brings up the Failed to Mount USB message on the v2.0 console. However, when I put that same USB drive into a console still running v1.4, there are no issues at all. The drive is recognised. Put the same USB into v2.0 or above, error message Failed to Mount USB.

Windows / MacOS Formatting does not change / fix the partition table. We’ve found many USB Sticks which come with incorrect partition tables from the factory, so it may be worth a try.
I’ll try that. Just want to emphasize that version 1.0.4 could read and write on that particular stick while version 2.0.0 didn’t recognize that same stick (update from 1.0.4 to 2.0.0 has been done with this stick).
Hi Dennis
We faced this issue already, during beta test.
I had a session with one of your colleagues.
I think one of the biggest problems is, that reading from the key works, but writing not.
I proposed to implement a format utility in Lampy software.
This should solve the issue.
Regards Christoph

We found the issue thanks to one of our custumers who send us the Log files. It is fixed in 2.1.1; it is very isolated to a batch of consoles that had been sold.
