Create the map-structure on the USB-stick#240

In the past: when exporting a show on a USB-stick the whole structure was made
(in V1.03 and V1.04)

in V2.0.4 when exporting a show only the map: showtec\show\ is made.

when possible please change this into creating all the maps (import_export, library, shows, software_update)

We actually did not implement this in 2.0.x - But I see why it is useful.
