MFF buttons as numeric keypad buttons#244

It would be great to be able to use the MFF buttons as a keypad to select fixtures via ID, e.g. for fixture ID 121 you could press button 1,2,1 or for ID 106 you could press button 1,10,6. Maybe there could also be a “thru” option via the shift key to select a range of fixture IDs.

I think if we will ever add some sort of command line to lampy, we would display an OnScreen Keypad or utilize an external USB Keyboard number block.
I understand why and how this would help you, but it is tricky from the software architecture side of things as it massively increases the complexity of the code that handles button pushes; and I feel it would also be confusing to have to switch between modes (page / button press mode), especially for the entry level user base.
