Attribute timing#245

It would be great if each attribute could have its own fade/delay time set for each cue, so the dimmer could fade down in 1 second while tilt fades down in 2 seconds.

We will most likely not add individual timings to the lampy, but we are considering feature group timings in the cuelist view for a future update.

Does that mean that attribute groups themselves have the same time (no difference between color mixing and color wheel), but the individual group timings could be different (color fades in 2s, dimmer in 1s)?
