Select RGB effects for CMY fixtures#249

It would be great if there’s a possibility to select RGB effects for fixtures with CMY mixing and vice versa. This will give better results for setups with both types (RGB LEDs and CMY moving heads), so the effect will be more even and all fixtures have the same colors.

We’ve been thinking about some “abstraction” for color systems for quite a while - a feature like this potentially has a lot of repercussions all over the code and may also break showfile compatibility; as such I do not think this will be done in the near or midterm future. However, I’ll leave this feature request open as I am curious how the community feels about it.
