Move in Black for Pan and Tilt#260

I suggest adding the Move in Black feature for the fixtures with pan and tilt, so the fixtures can move while a cue is running, to prepare for the next one.

This functionality already exists. You need to have it activated in the fixture library (if you wrote the fixture yourself) and MiB requires a zero dimmer value stored in a Cue prior to cues with MiB enabled .
