Be able to set fade time for presets#315

This has a lot to do with my last suggestion:
“I am using the presets while shows because I can customize the colors of individual fixtures and groups. I know that you could create a lot of cues to control everything but there are not enough Virtual Executer tiles and Playbacks on one page.”

I would also like to be able to set a fade time between the presets so that if I select a new color or dimmer value there is not this hard cut.

This is probably going to be obsolete now because of the Virtual Executor rework coming in 2.2.0.
