Fader do playback 1 depois de gravar uma cue com fader em baixo corre automaticamente para o valor 25% se deslocar para 100% desce automaticamente para valor 70% avaria no fader?

Please check the Frontpanel Test (Menu - Setup - System - Maintenance). touch the fader slightly and check if the value there moves. If it does, the fader is most likely defective and needs to be replaced.

It looks like the fader is indeed defective; altough it is strange the value range it moves at is so large.

I personally think it would be best to send the console into service at Highlite, alternatively it would be best if you give aftersales a call or send an email with the information here and asking them. It is also possible to order a new fader-board.
