Customer problem with Lampy#342

maybe you will know what happend here with the Lampy of a spanisch Customer.

He sended me the zip-file with log’s and a photo.

Could you please ask them to send you the showfile?
From the logs it looks like show “PRUEBAS-2025” was open.

And describe what they did before the server crashed.

Hi Denis, sorry for my late reply..this is the showfile from the Customer:

This showfile loads up fine, however the log files state there were different show files open and not this one. Could it be that the log files were exported after the console was rebooted?
