Update Fixture-library via USB problem#354

When i perform an online Fixture-library update on the Lampy it works perfect.

Now i want to do an offline fixture-library update so:
i downloaded the Fixture-library here:

https://chimp-library.highlite.com/?fbclid=IwY2xjawH7BqtleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHU-rbNSHdknK6huqmM4RHxkkFJyrpaxHkFzlXZdXnqk76qof8DXHVqU-qg_aem_j8q72qprLjewjEuM1ytWfQ

and copied it into the folder \infinity\factory_library
and did an offline fixture-library on a Chimp.
This works perfect.

Now i copied the Factory_libary on a USB-stick in the Folder:
\showtec\factory_library

And performed an offline Fixture-library update on the Lampy and i get
the error shown in the attached photo.
It does a decompresion and then the error comes onscreen.

I think the Libary is the same on the Chimp as on the Lampy, that is why i let you know this issue to be sure.

Ahh, i allready get the point because this is Chimp-based and not Atla-based…Chimp faclibs and Lampy faclibs are not compatible,

maybe in future we can make a Lampy homepage for downloading the faclib too for Lampy…(when customers would want this)

We do… https://lampy-library.highlite.com

Libraries will never be fully compatible as in “be able to install chimp libraries on lampy or vice versa” as we need to make sure that the lbrary provided matches the software version of the console.
