Lampy not booting after update#380

During the update to version 2.1.4, the screen went black and wouldn’t open; it remained in a standby mode for over 30 minutes. I turned the controller off and on again.
Having a black screen During the installation .
Can you help me and send me step-by-step instructions in writing on how to solve this?
