Indication of programmer mode#428

Since the programmer has highest priority (besides high light) it would be nice to indicate there is something in the programmer that might block output of, for example, play back faders. In my experience some operators use presets for live color changes. This would load values in the programmer that might block play back faders. So indicating the programmer has values might help. This could be a red background for the title bar for example.

We already indicate this for fixtures in their items.

For 2.2.x itself we do not plan any additional features besides those mentioned in the known issues.

As this is very general to lampy and not tied to any new features in 2.2, it would be best if you create this feature request on the regular nolt board.
