Fader-page selection#436

I can imagine that a Customer wants to select a faderpage quickly.

Maybe the combination [SHIFT] + the numberkeys under the MFF’s (1-10) can be programmed as a shortcut to get faderpage 1 - 10 (not more needed, just to satisfy the Customer with a quick-selection of the first 10 pages)

There is no lampy 2.8.1 special :P
